LUXURY COASTAL APARTMENT
Overlooking one of Sydney’s most iconic coastal settings, Pacific Bondi called for an interior that felt sophisticated yet relaxed, allowing the architecture, natural light and extraordinary ocean views to remain central to the experience of the home.
Furniture was selected for its proportion, materiality and sculptural form. Refined profiles preserve the apartment’s sense of openness and allow light to move freely through the interior, while natural materials and tactile upholstery bring softness and depth.

Working closely with her clients, Lara Fanuli developed a cohesive furnishing and styling scheme around the travertine floor that anchors the home. A richly textured Battilossi rug complements the stone, while warm oak, soft greys and muted greens build on its natural tones. Inspired by the surrounding coastline, the resulting palette creates a calm and contemporary coastal interior.
Rather than competing with the extraordinary outlook, each piece contributes quietly to the overall composition. The result is a home that feels sophisticated and deeply comfortable — connected to its setting without relying on the expected language of a beach side interior.
