Boiacca reflects LucidiPevere’s instinct for challenging expectations through design. What began as an exploration of an unconventional material evolved into a table defined by visual lightness, refined proportions and an elegant simplicity — an expression of the studio’s ability to balance experimentation with everyday functionality. Paolo Lucidi and Luca Pevere met while studying Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano before establishing their studio in 2006. Based in Udine, Italy, LucidiPevere work across furniture, lighting and product design, bringing together a deep understanding of materials, technology and manufacturing. Their approach is driven by experimentation and a search for balance between technical innovation and aesthetic expression. Working with leading Italian and international design brands, their work is characterised by intelligent construction, refined simplicity and an often unexpected use of materials.
