Antonio Citterio
The Quincy Chaise Longue extends Antonio Citterio's exploration of fluid forms into a more intimate seating experience. Its generous proportions and softly contoured silhouette create an inviting place to recline, bringing the same balance of sculptural presence and comfort that defines the wider Quincy collection. Born in Meda, Italy in 1950, Antonio Citterio opened his design studio in 1972 and graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1975. His work spans architecture, interiors and industrial design, and he was awarded the prestigious Compasso d'Oro in both 1987 and 1994. Citterio's relationship with Flexform began in the 1970s and has continued uninterrupted for more than five decades. It is the longest-standing creative partnership in Flexform's history and has played a defining role in shaping the brand's understated approach to contemporary living.
